Michael has been an Incorporate member of Chartered Institute of building (ICIOB) for 8 years and has been an associate with AHA for 3 years. Michael has a dedicated client and account base which he manages

Who We Are

AHA Architects (Adam Herbison Associates) are a progressive forward thinking Architectural Practice. The Practice was formed in 1982 after the principal Mr Adam Herbison had worked for a number of years with Dalzel and Campbell Architects where he obtained experience in a wide range of projects in their Ballymena, Coleraine and Belfast Offices.

 

Philosophy

We believe that successful design is the result of close collaboration and co-operation with all members of the design team from sketch design stage through to the final completion of each project. Particular importance is placed on establishing fully the needs of the client in terms of space and functionality.AHA aim to ensure integration of the structure and building services within the building to provide an aesthetically pleasing end result

How we operate

AHA endeavour to provide individual attention and personal service. We ensure at all stages we are accessible and guide each client comfortably throughout the complete process.

In general we:

  1. Meet with a client and spend time understanding what the needs are.
  2. We develop a brief which describes what is trying to be achieved considering at all times design criteria, financial constraints and environmental issues.
  3. The client spends time with us reviewing and refining the brief until they are happy with it.
  4. AHA sketches the design plans and drafts the suitable documents and put in place regulation compliance processes.
  5. The project is put out to tender.
  6. The project is implemented and managed.
  7. The project is signed off.

At all stages the client is completely onboard and AHA aim to make it a great experience.
